📋 Description
• Own the creative vision for the agency and lead the creative team • Generate original concepts and push the team for bolder ideas • Stay hands-on in concepting, art-directing, and building key deliverables • Mentor a six-person creative team across various disciplines • Partner with account management to win new business
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in experiential marketing and large-scale live events • 5+ years leading creative teams • Strong strategic thinking and innovative ideas • Deep experiential design experience within an agency • Strong video and content creation experience • Proven record of impacting brands through event creative • Channel strategy experience from a creative perspective
