📋 Description
• Develop and implement strategic plans for relational organizing initiatives • Mentor, coach, and empower the organizing team • Cultivate and maintain relationships with community leaders • Design and oversee the implementation of campaigns to mobilize suburban women • Ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum program impact • Foster a culture of equity and inclusion within the organization
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record in leadership roles in program management, community engagement, or political advocacy • Strong ability to lead, mentor, and support a team, including people managers • Proficiency in using data to inform strategy and assess program effectiveness • Familiarity with policy development and advocacy work in Michigan • Understanding of grassroots mobilization and coalition building
