⢠Partner with GTM leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support those goals. ⢠Provide strategic HR guidance on organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development. ⢠Anticipate and address HR-related challenges and opportunities within the GTM organization. ⢠Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives. ⢠Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top GTM talent. ⢠Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning. ⢠Identify and develop high-potential employees to support succession planning. ⢠Facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities. ⢠Support compensation and benefits planning for the GTM teams. ⢠Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters. ⢠Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. ⢠Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. ⢠Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution. ⢠Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation. ⢠Facilitate team-building and development activities. ⢠Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to GTM leadership. ⢠Support the implementation of programs to increase employee engagement. ⢠Deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within Sales, Marketing and related GTM functions. ⢠Ability to craft programs that specifically support the fast paced and high pressure environment of GTM teams. ⢠Support the on-boarding and development of new sales and marketing professionals.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. ⢠Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering. ⢠Experience supporting C-level executives to include a CRO and/or CMO. ⢠Proven experience supporting Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Marketing, etc.) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. ⢠Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to influence decisions. ⢠Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law. ⢠Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ⢠Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. ⢠Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. ⢠Experience leading change management.
