📋 Description

• Play a key role in shaping how our platform uses large language models. • Focus on building and improving LLM-powered products and features. • Design, experiment with, and refine prompts and system instructions. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop new backend features powered by LLMs. • Continuously evaluate and improve LLM outputs via internal testing and user feedback. • Design and implement evaluation frameworks to assess LLM performance. • Write and maintain code (primarily in TypeScript, with some Python).

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in programming with TypeScript (for backend development) and familiarity with Python for ML tasks or prototyping. • Strong understanding of large language models (e.g., GPT series) and best practices in prompt engineering. • Solid foundation in machine learning, especially natural language processing techniques. • Experience with vector databases, embedding frameworks, and RAG pipelines. • A self-starter attitude with a high degree of autonomy. • Sharp product intuition and user empathy. • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest AI/LLM advancements. • Excellent communication skills in English, especially in writing.
