📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic sellers and brands in the Home & Garden category • Analyze market trends and demand signals to shape acquisition and growth strategy • Lead the full sales cycle, from first outreach to contract negotiation • Collaborate with internal teams to address commercial and technical requirements • Guide new partners through onboarding processes • Ensure structured handover to Account Management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships • Fluency in German and English; an additional European language is a strong plus • Proven track record of closing complex, enterprise-level deals • Strong communication, influencing, and persuasion skills • Resilience and ability to learn from setbacks • Structured, analytical problem-solving skills
