• Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Development, you will serve as a key member of the Thomson Power Systems commercial team. • Drive the go-to-market sales strategy and develop channel partnerships within the Data Centers vertical across the United States. • Independently develop and grow your vertical across the United States. • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market plan. • Focus on customer engagement and sales activities, supported by estimating, project management, and service teams. • Deliver integrated product and service solutions for lifecycle relationships with end users, integrators, and contractors. • Establish Thomson Power Systems' brand presence and build stakeholder relationships. • Travel as needed (up to 50%).
• 5+ years of successful outside sales experience within the Data Center vertical sector • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered significant revenue and margin growth • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50% travel time) within your region • Authorization to work in the US without company sponsorship • Valid driver's license • Preferred: Experience in the Power Management industry • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, or Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering • Preferred: Proficiency with Salesforce CRM • Demonstrated ability to be hands-on, resourceful, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset • Reputation among peers as ambitious, energetic, self-sufficient, and highly motivated • Exceptional sales abilities with strong closing skills • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to ensuring customer success • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Ability to build value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations and Regal Rexnord
