📋 Description

• Own Salesforce configuration: custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and page layouts • Manage user permissions, profiles, roles, and record types • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated workflows to support GTM analytics and forecasting • Ensure CRM hygiene, deduplication, and data validation processes • Design and optimize lead, opportunity, and account lifecycle processes • Administer marketing and sales modules, including list segmentation, email workflows, lead scoring, and form management • Sync and troubleshoot Salesforce-HubSpot integration (e.g field mapping, sync errors) • Define and track KPIs across the funnel (e.g MQL to SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, sales cycle) • Build GTM dashboards for leadership and sales teams • Support accurate pipeline management and forecasting • Integrate and maintain tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc • Evaluate and recommend tools to improve GTM efficiency • Work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and finance teams to align operational goals and maximize system efficiency • Manage system updates and projects using tools like Jira, ensuring timely delivery of solutions • Document process and provide training to end-users on Salesforce best practices and support troubleshooting efforts as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and maintenance in a B2B SaaS company • Expertise in Salesforce customization (e.g., workflows, dashboards, reports) • Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external tools (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, gong, SalesNav, outlook, etc.) • Familiarity with data analytics/reporting tools within Salesforce • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Looker/Tableau/PowerBI) • Understanding of sales and marketing funnel metrics and how to influence them through tooling • Familiarity with CPQ, revenue attribution, or customer success tooling (e.g Gainsight) • Experience using Jira for project management is a plus • Salesforce Administrator certification (strongly preferred) • Excellent communication skills; must be a native English speaker • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
