📋 Description

• Provide inbound first-level support for existing customers • Assist customers with technical issues affecting TV, telephone, and internet services • Identify customer needs and sales opportunities • Provide needs-based product advice and optimize contracts during every customer interaction • Present suitable Vodafone products persuasively, with a strong focus on sales • Work 40 hours per week over 5 days in a shift-based system • During the 5-week training period, work Monday to Friday on a permanent early shift

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German with excellent verbal communication skills • Comfortable using computers • Ability to handle straightforward technical issues • Service-oriented mindset and sales ability • Strong interpersonal skills, persuasiveness, and empathy in sales • At least 1 year of call center experience, ideally in technical service within the telecommunications industry, or at least 1 year of sales experience • Reliable and self-motivated when working from home • Residence in Germany • Willingness to reliably cover the specified working hours • Willingness to work shifts Monday to Sunday between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., including every other weekend
