• You develop and lead a team of customer advisors and sales specialists in a home-office (remote) setup • You are responsible for team results, monitoring performance and deriving/implementing corrective actions when targets are not met • Virtual presence with the remote team, maintaining daily contact with team members • Regularly conduct virtual team meetings, coaching sessions and one-on-one employee meetings • Develop ideas and proposals for the continuous optimization of work processes
