📋 Description

• Machine Learning Researcher - Scaling & Performance. • Regrello is seeking talented and highly motivated US-based Machine Learning Researchers to join our AI-research team. • Conduct ground-breaking research on tabular modeling with real-world impact alongside other top tier machine learning researchers and software engineers. • Primary focus on novel foundational deep learning model designed for processing large, complex tabular datasets. • Strong background in scaling deep learning models, computational optimization, performant GPU-kernels. • Collaborate closely with product managers, in-house supply-chain experts, and customers to design, develop, and deploy novel foundational AI algorithms. • Individual contributor role, with potential for additional responsibilities in the future.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science / quantitative field and a 3.5+ GPA or 3+ years of industry or post-Masters experience scaling and deploying Deep Learning models. • Strong background in either developing performant GPU-optimized deep learning kernels, such as with CUDA, or scaling models in multi-node distributed environments. • Experienced with deep learning, such as natural language processing, reinforcement learning, computer vision, LLMs, etc. • Proficiency with Python and PyTorch, Tensorflow, or JAX. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. • A strong desire to learn, grow, and drive impact on real global problems—and to help others around you do the same. • Non-requirement: You don't need any experience with supply chain or manufacturing—we'll teach you that part!
