📋 Description

• Analyze legal documents to identify key issues and determine precedential relationships between cases and statutes • Apply approved history and treatment letters and phrases in accordance with Legal Editing Guidelines • Review history and treatment lettering against source material to ensure accuracy of legal issues and outcomes • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or misinterpretations in output and correct as needed • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all editorial work • Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards • Verify history chains and treatment relationships using designated tools and workflows • Resolve complex editorial and legal analysis questions • Identify guideline ambiguities or workflow improvements and raise them through appropriate channels • Perform additional editorial or administrative tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• JD, LLB, or LLM degree • Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply legal precedent and editorial guidelines • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and escalation when appropriate • Excellent reading comprehension and issue-spotting skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines • Flexibility to adapt to evolving workflows, including AI-assisted processes • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
