📋 Description

• Design and implement intelligent automation systems connecting data across platforms and eliminating manual tasks for scalable HR Operations • Partner with globally distributed HR Operations teams and cross-functional teams in Operations, Product, Design, Engineering, and IT • Use customer and employee feedback, operational data, and insights to improve HR experience, quality, and outcomes • Advise on risk, compliance, scalability, and statutory and employment-related regulatory requirements in automation and system design • Scope and deliver multi-phase process redesign, tooling, and change-management initiatives as the Directly Responsible Individual • Map operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and architect end-to-end automated workflows • Build and maintain data pipelines using connectors or APIs across HRIS, case management, payroll, and other tools • Prototype and deploy automations using low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier, Make, Retool, and n8n • Deploy and govern AI tools and agents for document processing, query triage, policy guidance, and data auditing • Design multi-agent patterns and governance policies with human oversight for compliant AI deployment • Build and maintain automation observability and governance, including tracing, logging, agent-run evaluation, access controls, and auditability • Develop operational data models supporting reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity • Build and iterate HR Operations analytics dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma • Lead cross-functional collaboration, change management, training, adoption, and continuous improvement • Serve as technical lead for AI and Automation within Operations and contribute to best practices • Mentor and guide junior team members • Report to the Senior Manager, Mobility within the EOR Operations - Mobility team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ownership and autonomy; able to identify what needs to be done, set direction, and deliver outcomes independently • Experience taking initiatives from early exploration through sustainable delivery, with project management and stakeholder engagement skills • Progressive experience in automation, business process optimization, and systems integration • Experience translating operational pain points into automated and intelligent solutions with Product, Engineering, Design, or IT teams • Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services across a wide range of operational contexts is ideal • Understanding of user experience and operational efficiency • Experience building automation in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments such as hiring, employment, or payroll • Strong understanding of sensitive data lifecycle risk and data privacy obligations • Extensive hands-on experience with low-code workflow tools such as Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n, or similar • Light scripting experience with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar • Experience building custom agents, API integrations, webhooks, message queues, or glue services • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills • Fluent English, written and spoken • Basic understanding of mobility and immigration processes is a nice-to-have • Remote work experience is a plus, not required
