📋 Description

• Own collaboration with external Payroll partners. • Conduct continuous global market research for best-fit payroll vendors and new developments. • Map vendor criteria across disaster recovery, change management, audit and reconciliation, quality control, data security, data accuracy, compliance, timely processing and present the best options. • Develop and deploy questionnaires, schedule demos with stakeholders and create cost analyses. • Present recommendations based on findings and trends to stakeholders and leadership. • Project-manage end-to-end new-country onboarding, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, legal-risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, system and data migration, testing and communications. • Review company best practices to ensure maximum client satisfaction. • Optimize communication and collaboration with external partners. • Work with cross-functional internal teams to ensure vendors meet expectations, SLAs and KPIs. • Review invoices and track billed costs against contractual terms; report anomalies to leadership. • Document and analyze costs for countries or departments and lead cost discussions. • Perform headcount and legal-entity cost analysis to improve business efficiency and scalability. • Collaborate with Tax, FP&A, Legal, Security, Operations and Onboarding teams on payroll-solution deployment. • Identify deployment challenges and provide solutions. • Develop training plans and manage internal training resources, including quick-start guides. • Maintain frequent communication with Payroll team management.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in regional / global payroll vendor operations. • Experience in implementing payroll software in multiple countries • Experience in managing third party payroll vendor relationships. • Excellent contract negotiation skill set. • Deep understanding of global payroll best practices. • Excellent time management and organisational skills with great attention to detail • Excellent proficiency in using spreadsheets is a must. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact. • Ability and willingness to work largely asynchronously. • Required to write and speak fluent English. • Automation and AI capabilities are required for every role.
