• Lead the building of the Remote Craft team in The Philippines from the ground up. • Attract the best, most talented candidates quickly to Remote Craft across multiple internal functions. • Build a recruiting / talent acquisition function that will work internally (hiring full-time employees for Remote Craft) and externally (finding ideal candidates for our clients). • Play a lead role in designing the product and services we will be offering to our clients and lead delivery of our services. • Build and manage the candidate pipeline both internally and externally. • Set and drive achievement of KPIs and SLAs • Create an interview and qualification process for candidates that will become the standard by which we operate. • Conduct regular calibration sessions with the team to maintain a calibrated and quality interview process. • Oversee onboarding and training of new team members. • Create, maintain, and manage an updated knowledge base. • Design, create, and refine recruiting procedures.
• 4+ years experience as Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant. • Fluent English speaking ability and experience working with native English speaking clients or managers • Comfortable working under pressure with immediate deadlines • Experience in fast moving tech-type environment is a plus.
