• Drive outbound prospecting efforts to engage senior decision-makers across the U.S. • Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business leads. • Identify client needs and present tailored staffing and advisory solutions. • Work closely with recruitment consultants and leadership to align on campaign strategy. • Maintain accurate records of activity and progress within the CRM. • Attend team meetings and strategy sessions aligned with U.S. (Austin, Texas) business hours. • Champion a consultative, value-led sales approach with integrity and professionalism.
