Our key brands are Cointreau, Mount Gay Rum, Bruichladdich, Grants, Glenfiddich, Hendrick’s, The Botanist, Monkey Shoulder, …. As Off Trade Sales Representative part of the Belgium off-trade team, you will be accountable for ensuring delivery of financial plan targets, strategies and plans with the channel. • Responsibilities Your main goal is to implement promotional plans, volume, distribution, visibility, persuasion, price and promotion targets in the off-trade outlets by managing the relationship with off trade outlets. You are accountable for supporting the delivery of business performance and financial plan targets for the channel, You will ensure effective Sales A&P spend and departmental costs (T&E) and compliance with all processes and procedures within the channel, You will deliver in full the given sales objectives by implementing promotional plan, You will achieve Quality – Distribution - Visibility - Persuasion - Price - Promotion objectives at outlet level by taking direct responsibility for customer relationships and leveraging contacts. Ensures world-class execution of all programmes, You will increase productivity by effectively recording activity and communicating field info using the sales information tool Sales Force+, You will strictly adhere to the logistics processes and recommended order patterns for free bottles and POS. • Qualifications You have a University or Business School Degree and will bring 1 year of sales experience in the FMCG sector, You exhibit curiosity about consumers / shoppers, customers needs and motivations and how their beliefs and behaviours impact brand / category performance, You have an awareness of customers, market & competitor trends, recognize the impact of these on the business. You understand brand and commercial goals and refer to them in the targeting of sales driver activities. You understand how their individual actions impact on the delivery of the trade strategy, You understand rationale behind all activity & are able to translate it into a compelling selling story, You understand customers measures & decision-making and use this to build compelling fact based propositions. You are able to translate customer propositions, Trilingual English, Dutch, French. One-year fixed-term contract
