📋 Description
• Review, document, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve customer’s data related issues • Advanced PL/SQL queries, scripts, stored procedures, materialized views, and views • Design, develop and maintain reports using Crystal reports and other tools • Respond to requests within expected SLA timeframes • Work closely with the software engineering teams to close data related defects in the software • Develop new strategies and build internal processes to support the team • Create documentation and materials to educate customers and team members on data aspects of the product • Follow best practices around troubleshooting procedures and runbooks • Provide knowledge base and help artifacts to increase customer self-service options
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in software development, computer science, business intelligence, data management, or other related fields • 3-5 years experience with SQL procedures and advanced queries, specifically Oracle PL/SQL • Strong communication skills • Financial Services experience preferred • Experience with business intelligence tools, specifically Metabase and Crystal Reports • Experience with Oracle Forms • Cloud data warehouse experience, Snowflake is preferred
