📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for one or more product areas, from problem framing and exploration through high-fidelity design, launch, and iteration • Design clear, efficient experiences for data-heavy workflows, including pricing recommendations, renewals, dashboards, analytics, and reporting • Shape AI-native product experiences, including the Ask Rentana natural language interface, focusing on transparency, control, and user trust • Plan and run customer interviews, usability tests, and workflow observation with Customer Success and Sales • Partner with product management and the CPO to define problems, scope solutions, and make tradeoffs between ambition and speed • Collaborate with engineering by providing specifications, reviewing implementation, and refining product details • Build, maintain, and evolve Rentana's design system • Raise the design bar through critique, standards, and craft sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with significant time spent on B2B SaaS or other complex software products • Portfolio demonstrating shipped work, strong interaction and visual design craft, and clear reasoning behind design decisions • Experience designing data-dense interfaces such as dashboards, tables, data visualization, or analytical workflows • Strong user research skills and comfort talking directly with customers • Ability to independently drive ambiguous problems to well-designed, shipped solutions • Expertise in Figma and modern design system practices • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams • Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
