📋 Description
• Respond to and resolve tickets quickly, minimizing operational impact • Access and manipulate databases for queries, script execution, and troubleshooting • Unblock and manage process queues • Analyze source code to identify issues and resolve root causes • Automate processes and resolve tickets to optimize workflow • Support systems developed in multiple programming languages (Java, Node and Python) • Collaborate with development teams to ensure service continuity
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in level 3 (L3) support or similar • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, and Kotlin • Familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Experience with database queries and manipulation (SQL) • Experience with Redis, Grafana, and Airflow • Ability to run scripts and automate processes to resolve tickets • Skill in reading and analyzing code to identify faults and bugs • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities • Proactive and organized, with a focus on results and efficiency
