📋 Description

• Manage and oversee designated national contracts and associated requirements • Communicate national account terms and program changes to Republic Services operational divisions • Coordinate with invoicing, collections, operations, legal, billing, and other departments to facilitate contractual adherence • Research and resolve customer concerns and technical or regulatory questions • Own account matters while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and issue resolution • Assist customers with waste characterizations and related documentation • Provide timely, accurate customer service by telephone, email, or face to face • Audit and complete billing, invoices, and required reporting • Support national operations, technicians, and management support teams • Coordinate use of Republic Services and third-party services for national accounts • Work with National Account Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly objectives • Organize and implement new accounts • Participate in on-call and periodic after-hours support for technicians serving customers nationwide • Analyze waste and financial data in MS Excel and provide summaries • Create MS PowerPoint presentations and present findings to corporate customers • Apply and research RCRA, DOT, and hazardous materials knowledge • Present effectively in group settings, including to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of business math and basic accounting processes • Strong computer skills • Proficiency with MS Office Suite • General knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally • Ability to research and resolve customer concerns, including technical and regulatory issues • Ability to analyze waste and financial data using MS Excel • Ability to create and present MS PowerPoint presentations • Ability to participate in on-call and periodic after-hours support • Ability to communicate effectively in group settings and present to customers
