🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in engineering management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments. • Strong hands-on experience with modern tech stack including Java/Python, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), microservices architecture, and data engineering pipelines. • Experience managing teams building AI-enabled products or data platforms. Understanding of ML model integration, agent frameworks, and large-scale data processing. • Knowledge of building compliant, secure, multi-tenant systems that serve enterprise customers at scale. • Proven track record of building, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams. Experience with performance management, career development, and creating inclusive team environments. • Strong collaboration skills with product managers and designers, with experience translating business requirements into technical solutions. • Experience implementing agile methodologies, establishing engineering best practices, and driving continuous improvement in team productivity. • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and scale challenges. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
