📋 Description

• Provide audiological and technical support to customers through hearing aid fitting assistance, product information, and troubleshooting • Support current and discontinued product lines across multiple software platforms and varied programming interfaces • Solve software and hardware issues • Collaborate with Customer Service, Quality Engineering, Product Management, Research and Development, Software Engineering, and Sales • Report and escalate software and product discrepancies and assist with resolution • Conduct internal product and software training with local training teams and Product Management • Optimize sales efforts as part of the Sales/Training/Customer Service/Technical Support team • Document customer interactions in company-designated systems • Provide audiologic support and training for internal and external customers • Maintain current knowledge through continuing education and product-related training • Complete short-term technical projects • Follow company policies, performance expectations, safety practices, and confidentiality requirements • Establish positive work relationships and pursue technical and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology • State licensure, CCC-A, or equivalent • 2+ years of experience in clinical Audiology and Hearing Instrument Dispensing • Experience with GN products preferred • Hearing aid manufacturing and/or industry experience preferred • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills • Strong fitting and dispensing skills • Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail and timely follow-through • Demonstrated troubleshooting ability and creative thinking strategies • Ability to cover and shift between a multitude of tasks • Strong Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills • Up to 10% travel • Availability to work 10:00 am–7:00 pm Central time • Full-time, eight hours a day, five days a week
