• Manages subprojects and tasks including development of work plans to meet goals, aligning staff assignments, and providing performance reports and forecasts both internally and to clients. • Organizes and maintains databases for the coordination, collection, analysis and reporting of data. • Identifies, defines, quantifies, tracks, and drives the development of program deliverables on time and on budget. • Continuously assesses project progress to goal and develops innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics. • Manages client expectations, satisfaction, communications, and resolves and/or escalates client issues. • Interfaces with key internal departments such as Engineering, Software, Marketing, and Finance to develop efficiencies to meet program needs. • Other duties as assigned.
• A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in related field including, but not limited to, business, energy/environment, engineering; a Masters degree in a related field preferred. • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field required, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. • Proven success in developing and implementing project plans, scopes, and budgets as well as strategic initiatives. • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience with Existing Building Commissioning is a plus. • Excellent project and program management skills. • Excellent data management and reporting skills. • Ability and experience in short and long-range planning and strategy. • Proficient in establishing job and work process flows. • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task while consistently meeting deadlines with accuracy and within budget. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. • Positive, action-oriented attitude showing initiation and creativity. • Client service focus. • Ability to collaborate well at all levels within an organization and be a team-player. • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
