📋 Description

• Support the execution of strategic initiatives across the revenue cycle • Drive coordination, organization, and accountability across cross-functional teams • Serve as a central point of coordination for transformation efforts • Maintain visibility, manage timelines, and ensure consistent follow-through across all active workstreams • Coordinate and facilitate weekly and monthly project meetings • Prepare agendas, capture notes, and document action items • Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion • Partner with operations, technology, and analytics teams to ensure alignment • Serve as a coordination point between stakeholders • Escalate risks, delays, or blockers to leadership • Prepare regular status reports and dashboards • Highlight key risks, dependencies, and areas needing attention • Support executive-level summaries and updates • Support Standardize templates and tracking tools • Maintain organized project documentation • Support implementation of structured program management processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education • 5–8+ years of revenue cycle experience with strong project/program management focus • Experience driving operational transformation, process improvement, and system implementations • Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and ensure accountability across teams • Excellent communication skills • Strong follow-through and accountability mindset • Proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in healthcare or operations (preferred) • Exposure to revenue cycle processes (not required) • Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet (preferred)
