• Ensure company sales and margin objectives are achieved in accordance with the business plan • Build and establish successful long-term relationships with dealers in designated area • Locate and recommend new dealers that meet company expectations • Facilitate dealer success in growing vehicle sales • Develop market intelligence for designated areas • Report on economic conditions by territory and identify both shortfalls and opportunities • Execute the sales, marketing plans, and overall strategies as determined by the VP of Sales & Marketing • Assist in coordinating trade show participation and dealer conferences • Perform other duties as assigned
• B.S. Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Minimum 5 years’ experience developing and executing sales/marketing programs • Proven background of meeting business plan sales volume and margin objectives • Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others • Excellent communication, time management, teamwork, and negotiation skills
