• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, using AI tools for sourcing, scheduling, and evaluation. • Own and execute a seamless and welcoming new hire onboarding process. • Assist with learning & development programs, including coordination, content creation, and tracking. • Maintain accurate HRIS records, provide administrative support, and help organize company events.
