📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the HR Europe Leader, helping drive the execution of the European People Strategy. • Support the prioritization, planning, and execution of strategic HR initiatives across Europe. • Serve as a key coordination point for the European HR Leadership Team, ensuring alignment, governance, and follow-through on key priorities. • Lead HR transformation projects across Europe, ensuring successful implementation of regional and global initiatives. • Lead and coordinate HR workstreams for acquisitions, divestitures, and integration activities across Europe.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR, consulting, transformation, project management, or organizational effectiveness experience. • Experience leading complex, cross-border projects in a multinational environment. • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or major organizational change initiatives. • Experience working across multiple European countries, legislations and cultures. • Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (ideally German) is required; proficiency in multiple European languages is strongly preferred.
