• Utilize expertise in cardiac physiology, pathophysiology, and device function to perform remote evaluations and diagnostic reviews • Analyze and interpret CIED diagnostics from major manufacturers, providing recommendations for corrective actions • Communicate technical device findings to clinicians and care teams with clear, professional, and standardized documentation • Educate patients on device function and remote monitoring procedures as needed • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive patient data, adhering to HIPAA standards
• Bachelor's or Associate degree required (nursing, medicine, electronics, or engineering preferred) • 2+ years of recent experience in cardiac device management • Successful completion of a cardiac device rhythm management course or equivalent experience • Experience interpreting diagnostics from all four major CIED manufacturers • Proficiency with collaboration applications (Microsoft Office, Teams, Slack)
