📋 Description

• Own and modernize engineering processes such as cross-team release automation, incident workflows, and internal tooling integrations. • Identify friction in engineering operations workflows, automating and orchestrating it for scalability. • Holistically connect systems and data across GitHub, Asana, Slack, and Camunda 8 via API. • Partner with software engineers and engineering leaders to understand workflow pain points and improve organizational experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on backend/fullstack software engineering foundation; comfortable building systems integrations and automations. • Experience automating engineering or developer productivity processes in medium to large-scale organizations. • Pragmatic instinct for iterative implementation: MVP → iteration → scale. • Hands-on track record of owning and developing engineering processes end-to-end in growing software organizations. • Strong backend software engineering foundation and fluency in Python, Java, or TypeScript. • Strong automation scripting experience (e.g. Shell/Python or similar). • Confident working with CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar).
