• Define strategy for CI/CD platforms, optimize GitHub workflows, and introduce intelligent automation. • Design and scale reusable CI/CD patterns using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. • Implement advanced pipeline optimizations such as predictive caching and anomaly detection. • Lead GitHub governance initiatives, automate repo lifecycle management, and build telemetry pipelines. • Transform CAB processes into data-driven release readiness checks and enable self-service release approvals. • Integrate security, testing, and rollback controls directly into release workflows.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles supporting enterprise-scale delivery systems. • Proven experience designing self-service platforms, reusable pipelines, and policy-as-code frameworks. • Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, IaC (Terraform/Helm), and secure CI/CD practices. • Excellent technical leadership and mentorship skills; clear communication and vision alignment.
