📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-tier SEO affiliates and media buying teams. • Structure and close competitive CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals. • Cultivate long-term partnerships with existing affiliates. • Analyze traffic data to maximize ROI and ensure high-quality player acquisition. • Monitor traffic quality to ensure compliance with brand guidelines. • Work closely with BI, CRM, and Product teams to improve conversion funnels. • Rapidly scale SEO traffic across key target regions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of "boots-on-the-ground" experience in iGaming affiliate marketing. • An existing, active network of SEO affiliates and webmasters. • Proven success in navigating diverse markets, including UK/Italy, Southeast Asia, and LATAM/MENA. • Deep understanding of SEO metrics and tracking platforms/analytics tools. • Expert-level negotiation skills focusing on win-win partnership structures. • English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher. • Comfortable in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
