📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications while collaborating within cross-functional squads (engineers, designers, product managers) • Actively participate in squad meetings to define, design, and ship new features • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications • Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and contribute to improving code quality and test automation • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and foster a culture of learning and growth • Stay aware of emerging trends and new technologies and ensure successful delivery through follow-through and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate within squads • At least 7 years of backend development experience • Strong focus on clean OOP code structure and strict typing • Comprehensive understanding of the web development process: design, development, deployment, and maintenance • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Capable of managing development projects from conception to completion • Skills to plan, track, and ensure timely delivery • Experience with Agile development methodologies • Experience with backend tech stack: Python, SQLAlchemy, OpenAPI, Celery, RabbitMQ, Django • Experience with databases and caching: PostgreSQL, Redis • Familiarity with frontend technologies (bonus): React, TypeScript, Playwright • CI/CD and tooling experience: GitHub Actions, Jenkins • Infrastructure experience (desired): Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure, Heroku, GCP • Bonus: Frontend development experience with React and TypeScript • Bonus: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
