• Develop and execute a targeted sales plan within existing accounts • Conduct thorough account research to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Craft and tailor compelling sales presentations and value-driven messaging • Initiate outbound emails and calls to re-engage existing customers • Develop and maintain, or leverage existing, relationships with C-level executives within assigned accounts • Track activity in CRM systems for accuracy and visibility • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Engineering, New Business, Finance) as needed to support deal execution
• 3-5 years of experience in a sales, sales support, or business development role • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Working knowledge of SaaS or enterprise software sales • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) • Experience working in a CRM (preferably Salesforce) • Familiarity with Gong, Consensus, or other sales tools is a plus • Proficiency in French or German is advantageous
