📋 Description

• Posting of accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank transactions, including account maintenance and reconciliation • Preparation and processing of payment runs • Monitoring customer payments and supporting the dunning/collections process • Careful maintenance of the internal document filing system • Support for digitization projects, implementation of new financial software, and the further development of the ERP system • Assistance with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings, if desired

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification • Initial accounting experience is an advantage, ideally in a fast-growing or international environment — career changers with a strong aptitude for numbers and an interest in accounting are also welcome • Knowledge of HGB (German Commercial Code) accounting principles is an advantage • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage • Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of accounting software is preferred • High attention to detail with the ability to reliably manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
