📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional data infrastructure integration and modernization programs across Rocket and affiliated business platforms. • Develop and maintain multi-quarter roadmaps that balance platform modernization, operational maturity, security alignment, compliance readiness, cloud adoption, and business continuity. • Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to assess current-state capabilities, identify opportunities for improvement, and define practical execution plans. • Drive alignment across teams on standards, priorities, dependencies, risks, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes. • Support migration and modernization programs involving on-premise data infrastructure, AWS, Snowflake, and related enterprise data platforms. • Help define and implement operational standards for incident management, change management, monitoring, alerting, backup and recovery, patching, documentation, access management, and service ownership. • Work with Security, Risk, Compliance, Enterprise Architecture, and Engineering teams to align data infrastructure platforms with enterprise standards. • Build metrics and reporting mechanisms that show progress across technical execution, operational maturity, reliability, compliance readiness, and business value. • Develop executive-level reporting that clearly communicates program status, risks, tradeoffs, decisions needed, and outcomes delivered. • Establish durable operating cadences for roadmap reviews, dependency tracking, risk reviews, milestone reporting, and stakeholder communication.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, infrastructure program leadership, data platform programs, cloud migration, or related technical delivery roles. • Experience leading complex technical programs across multiple teams, functions, or business units. • Strong understanding of data infrastructure concepts, including databases, data warehouses, data platforms, storage, compute, backup/recovery, operational support, and production reliability. • Experience supporting or leading on-premise to cloud migration programs. • Experience working with AWS or similar public cloud infrastructure platforms. • Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, operational controls, risk management, and infrastructure standards. • Experience defining roadmaps, success metrics, program health indicators, executive reporting, and measurable outcomes. • Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and drive execution through influence. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical work into clear business outcomes.
