• As a backend engineer at Rogo, you'll be at the cutting edge of AI research and application development, playing a crucial role in creating a category-defining product and scaling it to massive enterprises.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related degree. • You love writing asynchronous code. • You write amazing code, fast. • Experience building backend platforms that can support multiple product lines. • 5+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems. • Strong attention to detail and spidey sense for where and when things could go wrong. • Track record of shipping high-quality products. • Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge. • Bonus: Experience with a strongly typed language (e.g., Rust). • Bonus: Early engineer at a hyper-growth startup. • Bonus: Experience in world-class product organizations (e.g., Notion, Figma). • Bonus: Financial services experience.
