• Drive revenue growth by developing new business within target industrial markets • Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement teams • Identify opportunities for component repair, coating, grinding, and refurbishment services • Evaluate customer requirements, drawings, and specifications to define scope and recommend solutions • Lead the quoting and negotiation process for complex, high-value jobs • Collaborate closely with operations to ensure technical alignment, execution success, and customer satisfaction • Maintain a strong presence in the field through regular customer visits and industry engagement • Provide market intelligence and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
• Experience in critical equipment across oil & gas, power generation, and heavy industrial markets, service sales and support • Proven high performing sales presence in region • Track record of achieving both customer satisfaction and profitable sales • Ability to identify opportunities and communicate them to RMS • Strong technical background in rotating equipment, coatings, machining, or repair services • Proven track record of developing new business and closing complex deals • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications • Established industry relationships within oil & gas, power generation, or related sectors preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Self-directed, accountable, and results-oriented • Must be fluent in English
• This position can be required to participate in the company random or customer specific drug and alcohol screening and background check • Ability to act professionally under stressful situations. • 75% travel time expected
