📋 Description

• Own the Delivery team's vision, priorities, standards, and improvement roadmap • Lead intake, prioritization, and weekly delivery reviews • Keep work, commitments, risks, ownership, handoffs, and completion criteria visible • Personally manage client creative projects from brief through production, delivery, and closeout • Build and maintain schedules and job records in Scoro • Run kickoffs, status meetings, creative reviews, and client delivery discussions • Coordinate feedback, revisions, approvals, production handoffs, specifications, version control, quality checks, and final assets • Plan resources, roles, timing, budgets, and handoffs across talent, shared resources, and specialists • Forecast capacity and recommend reprioritization, timing changes, reassignment, or freelance support • Coordinate contractor deliverables, budgets, and engagement dates • Partner on estimates, statements of work, budgets, and staffing assumptions • Track hours, external costs, remaining effort, scope changes, project financial health, and billing inputs • Design and test intuitive, repeatable workflows, tools, templates, and terminology • Maintain reporting and change control in Scoro and supporting tools • Implement approved automation and AI while protecting confidential information and retaining human judgment • Lead and develop the Delivery team, manage direct reports, and coach delivery managers and project owners

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in agency creative project management or delivery, or equivalent demonstrated experience • Recent, direct ownership of concurrent creative projects, including personally building schedules, managing review rounds and approvals, and coordinating production and delivery • Experience running projects across integrated production, media, strategy, and creative • Experience managing vendors, production houses, and contractors • Experience setting direction, developing people, and leading changes teams adopt, including simpler workflows and useful automation • Strong scoping, estimating, resource-planning, and analytical skills • Confident client and leadership communication and sound judgment under competing priorities • Daily, hands-on proficiency with project and resource-management tools; Scoro experience helpful • Adaptability and a collaborative approach that combines accountability with care • A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome • PMP, Agile, or similar training is a plus, not required • Ability to work in Central or Eastern time zones; West Coast candidates will not be considered • Willingness to work long hours and occasional weekends
