• Lead the design and execution of our global SAP S/4HANA solution design • Oversee deployments across markets • Accountable for end‑to‑end program planning, governance, and execution across technology workstreams • Ensure alignment with parallel business transformation initiatives and executive priorities • Own the integrated program plan for SAP S/4HANA global template design and phased country deployments • Establish and manage program governance, cadence, risk management, and dependency tracking • Drive disciplined execution across multiple workstreams, vendors, and geographies • Ensure tight integration between the SAP program and parallel business transformation initiatives • Manage cross‑program dependencies and sequencing to minimize delivery risk • Provide concise, executive‑level updates on progress, risks, financials, and decision points • Serve as the liaison between internal teams, business integrator(s), and systems integrator(s)
• 10+ years of relevant experience managing large-scale ERP or enterprise technology programs • Proven leadership of SAP S/4HANA implementations, including global template design and multi-country planning and rollout • Strong background in technology-led transformation programs • Demonstrated experience working with systems integrators and business integrators • Project management credentials (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) • Experience operating within global, matrixed organizations • Familiarity with SAP Activate and large SI delivery models • Strong financial acumen related to program budgeting and forecasting • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity at scale • Strong integration mindset across technology and business transformation • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% internationally
