📋 Description

• Providing guidance to Delivery Teams for large scale data conversion initiatives. • Providing conversion design and development for entities and accounts, financials, cases, images, and other miscellaneous data sources • Working closely with Functional SMEs to establish conversion procedures that adhere to system configurations • Establishing approach (templates, methods, standards, questionnaires, etc…) for Conversion activities • Negotiating scope and creating creative solutions to meet functionality with limited change • Providing design guidance/approach for the most complex decisions within Conversion • Escalation point for design issues

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Economics, or relevant experience • Immediate authorization to work in the United States • 3-5 years of relevant work experience on large-scale conversion projects • 3+ years of relevant software design and development experience using .NET, C#, SQL, Java • Advanced SQL Skills • Experience in ETL concepts and ETL tooling • Experience with the full conversion lifecycle, including development of source/target mappings, business rules, transformation logic, error handling and control total reports • Knowledge of standard development techniques (OOD, SDLC) in a web environment • Strong analytical problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with end-user clients.
