📋 Description

• Develop training courseware through analysis, design, maintenance, review and production of DSAT documentation and processes for military training • Work as part of a team responsible for DSAT documentation and processes for military training sites and organisations • Produce, maintain and update Training Design from FTS, TPS, TOs, WTS and RTGS through AStrat, ASpec, LSpec and TrAD in DSAT-compliant course templates • Interview subject matter experts to collate required data • Participate in internal workshops to discuss and agree analysis findings • Maintain, update and revalidate course syllabi and standards, trainer competence, qualification and experience requirements • Maintain, update and revalidate course information including course size limits, health and safety, rules and regulations, course length, support and resources • Develop Training Design for new training requirements, including those arising from New Capabilities • Update Training Design materials based on internal and external assurance recommendations and feedback • Identify opportunities for accreditation of new or amended training and implications for existing accreditations • Champion and foster a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance and continuous improvement • Travel to support internal and customer meetings and duties

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills at all levels internally and within the customer organisation • Experience in course design and contribution to the design of significant training courses • Experience in E Learning • Good working knowledge of training design and development processes for training media • Ability to work autonomously and within a team • Experience of Articulate 360/Storyline • Must currently hold or be eligible and willing to gain BPSS and SC clearance • Experience in organisational design and development (desirable) • Experience in the development of apprenticeship qualifications (desirable) • Degree level education in a relevant area (desirable) • Teaching and training development qualification at degree level (desirable) • Human Resource Development qualification and experience (desirable) • Membership of an appropriate professional body such as CIPD (desirable)
