📋 Description
• Lead project initiation, definition, planning, and coordination of key strategic initiatives • Coordinates with BRM and senior leaders to capture business requirements • Identify and leverage appropriate resources needed for successful project planning • Follow established processes and procedures and influence policy, practice and procedure • Define and assess project risk • Lead regular reviews with customers and stakeholders during the project initiation phase • Actively manage internal/external suppliers in decision and planning process
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 10 + year’s applicable experience • University degree or equivalent combination of work experience in DT Project management • Demonstrated skill working with technical teams to define and implement DT solution architectures • Knowledge of Human Resource and Payroll functional areas • Experience developing business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for DT spending and initiatives • Solution Delivery experience with Agile frameworks like SAFe and DevOps • Demonstrated skill influencing and working across multiple organizations and levels • Familiarity with phase gating processes and bridging to agile execution
