📋 Description

• At Rula, Sr Analytics Engineers are the architects behind our most critical data products—powering insights for everything from patient engagement to clinical operations. • You’ll work hands-on in Flink SQL, dbt, Redshift, Looker and Hex to design trusted, scalable data models that drive our RCM reporting processes and integrate into our broader data model. • This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll partner with engineers, product managers, and operational leaders to turn streaming data into reportable data models. • If you're excited about building a low-latency, clean, well-documented reporting layer in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment, we’d love to work with you.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Data Science or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality data models and reporting assets. • Advanced proficiency with dbt (Cloud or Core) and experience designing modular, well-documented transformation layers in a modern data stack. • Strong SQL skills, with a deep understanding of data modeling best practices—particularly in a Kimball-style dimensional warehouse. • Experience working with cloud data warehouses, especially Amazon Redshift, including performance tuning and query optimization. • Exposure to event-based data models (e.g., user interaction or engagement logs, kafka pipelines) and translating them into reporting-friendly structures.
