It offers three main product platforms built on these models: Runway Creative, an all‑in‑one cloud creative suite for generating and editing video, images and audio for individuals and teams; Runway Dev, an AI media platform and API for developers to run models, compose pipelines and trigger workflows; and Runway Robotics, a toolkit for photorealistic simulation, policy inference and synthetic data generation powered by their General World Model (GWM-1). Runway also publishes research (e. g. , GWM-1, Gen-4. 5 video model) and serves both individual creators and enterprise customers.

📋 Description

• Handle help-desk tickets, including password resets, access provisioning, and Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom troubleshooting • Procure, provision, configure, and ship laptops; manage off-boarding wipes and returns; maintain asset inventory • Run employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, security profiles, welcome communications, and day-one readiness • Administer Google Workspace users, groups, aliases, and licenses through the admin console and CLI tools • Support endpoint compliance and follow up on machines that do not meet security policies • Deploy and enforce endpoint security configurations, access controls, and compliance requirements • Manage corporate software seats, renewals, license optimization, and access reviews • Support office networking, conference room setups, AV, and technology across physical locations as needed • Deliver technical guidance and training through written guides, walkthroughs, and screen shares • Maintain runbooks, knowledge-base articles, and process documentation • Contribute to SOC2 evidence collection, device trust, security policy rollout, cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and workflow automation • Lead IT projects involving endpoint management, security improvements, and internal tooling over time • Report to the Head of IT/Security and serve as the first point of contact for employee IT requests

🎯 Requirements

• Some form of IT support experience, such as help-desk or internal support experience • Comfort troubleshooting macOS system issues, managing profiles, and working in the terminal • Familiarity with Google Workspace administration or ability to learn it quickly • Working understanding of DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN fundamentals, and network traffic • Basic understanding of endpoint security, encryption, and access controls • Strong written communication for coordination in Slack and Notion • Ability to work independently across time-zone separation • Curiosity about systems, automation, scripting, homelabs, or similar practical projects • Nice to have: experience with MDM platforms • Nice to have: exposure to AWS, GCP, and infrastructure-as-code • Nice to have: Python, Bash, or JavaScript scripting • Nice to have: familiarity with zero-trust networking • Nice to have: SOC2 or ISO 27001 compliance experience • Nice to have: exposure to GDPR or other international IT regulations and data privacy requirements • Ability to work UK/EMEA business hours
