Runway also publishes research (e. g. , GWM-1, Gen-4. 5 video model) and serves both individual creators and enterprise customers.

📋 Description

• Own growth-critical surfaces including pricing pages, paywalls, upgrade prompts, and checkout flows from concept through shipped, tested experiments • Translate ARR growth, expansion revenue, and reduced churn goals into design hypotheses and testable interface changes • Design and interpret A/B tests and other experiments with growth engineering and data • Collaborate with growth engineering and product to ship experiments quickly and turn successful experiments into permanent product surfaces • Contribute to visual and interaction consistency between growth surfaces and the broader product • Set design direction for Runway’s growth surfaces • Mentor other designers working in the funnel

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing product surfaces tied directly to revenue, with evidence of impact on ARR, conversion, or expansion revenue • Comfort running and interpreting quantitative experiments • Experience designing flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web products • Strong visual design skills • Experience delivering and iterating quickly in close collaboration with engineering and product teams • Ability and flexibility to iterate quickly and often • Comfortable working on unfamiliar parts of the product • Knowledge and understanding of the creative tool space • Functional prototyping experience using AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor is a bonus • Artistic and creative potential, particularly video/audio editing, iconography, typography, or illustration skills, is a bonus • Candidates must be currently based in the U.S. or Canada • Candidates located in the U.S. must be currently authorized to work in the U.S.
