📋 Description

• Provide mortgage advice to customers • Handle high-velocity mortgage submissions • Deliver world-class advice and meet KPIs • Receive 5–6 high-intent, pre-qualified appointments directly into the diary every day • Focus on advice while the Case Management team handles administration, lender chasing, and packaging • Use AI tools to streamline research and data entry • Work within Mojo’s FinTech platform to improve speed, accuracy, and profitability • Advise customers without self-generating leads

🎯 Requirements

• Fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor with a clean regulatory record • Minimum 18 months active advise experience • Proven track record of high-velocity submissions • Thrive in a fast-paced environment • Embrace AI, data, and new workflows • Ambitious and data-literate • Ability to build instant rapport • Ability to maintain a 4.7/5 Trustpilot reputation
