📋 Description

• Own the marketing strategy for TrainAI across a portfolio of named target accounts • Partner with sales leads on account planning • Build account-specific narratives, content, and engagement to grow accounts from first project to scaled revenue • Research target accounts and map stakeholders, entry points, opportunities, and localization relationships • Conduct continuous account research to keep positioning and ABM strategy current • Create personalized, account-specific sales enablement materials, proposals, RFP responses, emails, ads, and web content • Maintain a weekly communications cadence with TrainAI business development managers • Work with marketing operations to maintain real-time ABM reporting on engagement, buyer engagement, MQAs, sales cycle length, deal size, and revenue impact • Contribute successful ABM plays to a shared AI-based TrainAI ABM framework • Support cross-account marketing activities including brand awareness, organic social media, content production, and events

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ ABM or strategic account marketing experience into large, complex B2B enterprise or hyperscaler accounts • Experience working with technical buyers and lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Passion for the AI industry and willingness to develop sufficient technical knowledge to discuss AI training data with an ML lead • Curious, fast-learning, and willing to evolve working methods • Experience using AI to compress research-to-asset workflows • Ability to judge the quality of AI-generated drafts • Ability to extend and improve reusable AI skills and agents • Familiarity with ABM technologies/tools such as 6Sense, Influ2, and Mutiny • Commercial literacy, including ability to read a pipeline and stakeholder map • Ability to work fluently across disciplines and specialist teams • Experience in the AI data services space preferred
