📋 Description

• Own and optimize Salesforce and Pardot infrastructure, campaign structure, lead lifecycle management, and data integrity • Build and improve marketing automation programs including: Nurture campaigns, Lead scoring, Routing workflows, MQL automation, Lifecycle progression • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and operational consistency across digital marketing efforts • Develop and maintain standardized reporting across: Website, Campaigns, Email, Paid media, Social influence, Pipeline contribution • Build reporting that delivers actionable insights and recommendations, not just metrics • Help answer key business questions including: What content is driving engagement and conversion? How is social media influencing the sales cycle? What user behaviors occur after visitors land on the website? • Own GA4 infrastructure including: Event tracking, Conversion tracking, Funnel visibility, User journey analysis • Ensure accurate attribution and tracking across digital channels and systems • Connect website, social, campaigns, CRM, and marketing automation platforms into a cohesive measurement ecosystem • Partner closely with Demand generation, Social media, Content, Digital marketing, Sales operations • Manage and mentor digital marketing team members focused on campaign execution and website optimization • Collaborate with external agencies and technology partners as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, revenue operations, or digital analytics • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot/Account Engagement • Experience building or improving marketing automation and lead lifecycle programs • Strong understanding of attribution models, funnel reporting, and B2B demand generation metrics • Experience with GA4, tracking infrastructure, and conversion analysis • Experience creating executive-level dashboards and performance reporting • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
