📋 Description
• Own and improve the company's day-to-day business operations • Build, document, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and internal systems • Coordinate supply chain, logistics, and other core eCommerce operations • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions • Bring greater organization, accountability, and structure across the business • Coordinate across teams to keep priorities and projects moving • Support recruiting and interviewing as the team continues to grow • Ensure processes evolve as the company scales rather than becoming bottlenecks
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of relevant experience managing operations for a DTC/eCommerce brand • Strong experience creating and implementing SOPs and operational systems • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Proactive problem-solver who can work with limited hand-holding • Strong ownership mentality — you don't just identify problems; you solve them
