📋 Description

• Consulting and analysis to optimize processes within the insurance industry • Supporting the implementation of new systems and transforming existing business models • Project management and leading work packages or subprojects • Developing customized solutions for clients' specific requirements • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders • Mentoring junior colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or comparable qualification • At least 3 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on the insurance sector or in an insurance company • Basic knowledge of modern IT technologies, system architectures and software solutions • Experience leading work packages or subprojects; familiar with project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall) • Analytical thinking to quickly understand and analyze complex requirements • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly • Willingness to travel to client sites
